Winborne Macphail
President
Winborne Macphail serves as president of SCA Health, overseeing nationwide
strategy
and operations for our portfolio of ambulatory surgery centers and specialty practices.
Winborne
has been with SCA Health for 14 years and has a strong track record of delivering
year-over-year
growth and operational performance, leading business development and group operations. She
served as chief operating officer (COO) prior to becoming president in 2024.
Winborne brings over 30 years of leadership experience across various sectors. Prior to SCA
Health, she served as division president of operations for Apria Healthcare’s Southeast
operations.
Winborne earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Meredith College.

Leslie Wachsman
Chief Financial Officer
Leslie Wachsman, MBA leads financial strategy and operations as chief financial officer for
SCA
Health. She oversees the company's fiscal planning and analytics while supporting strategic
investments in facility growth and technology.
Leslie also leads many of the functions that support our facilities and practices, including
Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Diligence and Integration, and
Marketing
and Communications. Prior to Leslie’s 13-year tenure at SCA Health, she served in several
finance leadership roles for CVS Health.
Leslie earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the
University
of Kansas and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.

Marie Edler
Chief Growth Officer
Marie Edler serves as chief growth officer for SCA Health. She leverages her
extensive experience in growth and operational roles to lead the organization’s Enterprise
Strategy, Innovation and Growth, Mergers and Acquisitions and Payer Engagement teams, as
well as
Emerging Businesses. Marie plays a key role in driving the organization’s long-term vision
by
developing and advancing strategies for growth and acquisitions leading to positioning SCA
Health as a leader in specialty care.
Marie joined SCA Health in 2014. Prior to her current role, Marie served in several key
executive
leadership capacities. She Marie is also a leader in health care policy and strategy,
serving on
the national board of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA).
Marie earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in public health from Emory University.

Daniel Riggs
Chief Operating Officer
Daniel Riggs serves as chief operating officer for SCA Health, where he leads
customer relationships and sets strategic direction for our surgical facilities and
specialty
practice performance. He also oversees the operations for more than 100 ambulatory surgery
centers and over 50 practice locations in the Central and Western Regions of SCA Health.
During Daniel’s decade-long tenure as director of operations, he led the organization's
first
value-based care programs in partnership with Anthem of Kentucky. Since 2015, he has led
teams
in sales, operations, logistics, supply chain and development. Prior to SCA Health, Daniel
served for 10 years as market vice president for Apria Healthcare, where he led sales and
operations.
Daniel earned a bachelor's degree in business and communications from Charleston Southern
University.

Kerri Milless
Chief Human Resource Officer
Kerri Milless joined SCA Health in 2023 as the organization’s first chief human resources
officer. Her five years at Optum, along with over 20 years of human resources experience,
prepared her to develop effective workplace strategies that support organizational growth
and
lead initiatives aimed at strengthening company culture and employee engagement across the
enterprise. Kerri’s work ensures that the culture of SCA Health supports the Mission, Vision
and
Values of the company.
Kerri earned a bachelor of arts degree and a master’s degree in human resources and
industrial
relations from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Ladd Mark
General Counsel
As general counsel for SCA Health, Ladd Mark provides strategic legal guidance
for
the organization's operations and growth, leading initiatives in regulatory compliance and
corporate governance and supporting facility partnerships.
Since joining SCA Health in 2014, Ladd has gained a breadth of experience across the
enterprise
and has continued to expand his leadership roles. During his tenure, he has been heavily
involved in more than 30 successful transaction closings. Prior to joining SCA Health, Ladd
served as a corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions at Burr & Forman
LLP.
Ladd earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and a Juris Doctor from the
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.

Dr. Jerome Williams Jr., MD, MBA
Chief Physician Executive and Interim Chief Medical Officer, SCA Health
Dr. Jerome Williams Jr., MD, MBA serves as chief physician executive for SCA Health and
co-chair
of the company’s medical executive board. He guides transformational change in specialty
care
delivery, focusing on optimizing clinical outcomes through value-based care initiatives and
strengthening Health Innovation Value Enterprise (HiVE) strategies. He has executive
oversight
of all medical affairs for SCA Health’s surgical facilities and specialty practices.
As an accomplished cardiologist and inclusive innovator, Dr. Williams brings extensive
leadership experience in physician governance, practice performance optimization and medical
affairs to his oversight of SCA Health physicians and critical MSO practice functions. Prior
to
joining SCA Health in 2024, Dr. Williams served as senior vice president of consumer
engagement
and corporate health at Novant Health.
Dr. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree from City College of New York, an MBA from Wake
Forest
University and an MD from New York University School of Medicine. He completed his internal
medicine residency at Columbia University and his cardiovascular fellowship at Yale
University.

Larry Taylor
Group President, Operations, Southeast Region
Larry Taylor brings over 40 years of expertise in health care delivery, management and
physician
relations to his role as group president, operations for the Southeast Region of SCA Health,
overseeing strategy and operations for more than 110 ambulatory surgery centers and over 40
practice locations across 12 states.
Larry joined SCA Health in 2018 and has held several key leadership roles, including vice
president of development, growth office and group president for the Florida region. Prior to
SCA
Health, he founded Practice Partners in HealthCare, Inc., an ASC company that owned and
operated
surgery centers across nine states. He also served as an adjunct professor in health care at
the
University of Alabama at Birmingham, as a board member of the American Sports Medicine
Institute
and as a board member and past president of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association
(ASCA).
Larry earned a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and education from West Virginia
University.

Jack Pocorobba
Group President, Operations, Northeast Region
Jack Pocorobba serves as group president, operations for the Northeast Region of
SCA
Health, overseeing strategy and operations for more than 140 ambulatory surgery centers and
nearly 180 practice locations across 16 states. He joined SCA Health in 2010 as a facility
administrator in southern New Jersey and progressed through multiple leadership roles before
becoming group president in 2020.
Jack brings over 20 years of health care leadership experience, including prior roles in
skilled
nursing facility management. Known for his people-first approach, Jack has helped to create
significant growth while building and sustaining a high-performing, trusted leadership team.
Jack earned a bachelor’s of science degree from Arcadia University.
